To explore the influence of the plant's breeding system on its genetic structure as well as the community's structural features and evaluate its future development, we analyzed the genetic diversity of two generations of C. sclerophylla (seedling plants and stock plants) using SSR molecular markers because of the good genome coverage (Ho et al 2006;Feng et al 2006;Goetze et al 2015;Queiroz et al 2015).
