“…The stock solution was prepared using Pb(NO 3 ) 2 (Merck, Modderfontein, South Africa). A basal dose of N, P 2 O 5 and K 2 O, were applied at the rate of 25, 50 and 50 kg per hectare in the form of urea, triple superphosphate (TSP), and potassium sulphate (SOP),respectively(Mahmood et al, 2010). The pots were irrigated once a week according to 80% of field capacity with Pb-containing solutions from tinning time to at the end of five weeks.…”
