Along with these, in Scotch pine, variations have been studied on the needle, pollen, cone, seed, seed wing, the number of cotyledons, seedling characteristics (Eliçin, 1971;Lučić et al, 2012), anatomical seed maturity (Harju et al, 1996), isoenzyme and DNA analysis (Prus-Glowacki andStephan, 1994, Vidyakin et al, 2015;Tereba et al, 2021;Tikhonova et al, 2021) made by using seed samples.
