Genetic polymorphisms of CYP2C9/CYP2C19 in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Abstract: Background : Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) has a high incidence in elderly and significantly affects the quality of life. CYP2C9 and CYP2C19 have an important role in tobacco-related diseases and inflammatory reaction.
