Of these, Arsenophonus, Cardinium, Hamiltonella, Rickettsia, and Wolbachia were prevalent in SSA1 whiteflies with Arsenophonus infection reaching up to 46.5% in Nigeria with three strains found (Akintola et al, 2020), while in East Africa, Arsenophonus infection reached 64%.…”
