Genetic divergence between Brazilian Northern and Northeastern populations of Spondias mombin revealed with SNP markers

Abstract: Spondias mombin L. (family Anacardiaceae) is an arboreal and allogamous fruit tree native from southern Mexico to southeastern Brazil, with great potential for economic exploitation.
