Genetic deletion of IL‐6 increases CK‐MB, a classic cardiac damage marker, and decreases UPRmt genes after exhaustive exercise

Abstract: The intensity, duration, type of contraction, and muscle damage influence interleukin-6 (IL-6) response to acute exercise.
