Genetic characterization of the domestic pig (Sus scrofa domestica) in Cerete-Colombia, using microsatellite markers

Abstract: Objective. The purpose of this study was to characterize a population of domestic pig (Sus scrofa domestica) in Cereté, Córdoba, using 20 microsatellite; calculate heterozygosity per locus and average heterozygosity.
