Genetic association study of putative functional single nucleotide polymorphisms of genes in folate metabolism and spina bifida

Abstract: OBJECTIVE We tested putative functional single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in genes which regulate the folate/homocysteine metabolism pathway for their contribution to spina bifida (SB) susceptibility.
