Genetic aspects of non-infectious endocarditis in patients with antiphospholipid syndrome

Abstract: Introduction. Antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) is an autoimmune thrombophilia in which patients with clinical criteria for recurrent arterial and venous thrombosis and/or pregnancy failure show positive laboratory results for the presence of antiphospholipid antibodies (aPL).
