Abstract:Introduction: Bethlem myopathy (BM) and Ullrich Congenital Muscular Dystrophy (DMCU) result from a mutation in collagen type VI. Objective: Describe the functionality of BM and UMCD subjects, at the Center for Human Genome Studies.
