Abstract:The production of lentiviral vectors (LVs) pseudotyped with the vesicular stomatitis virus envelope glycoprotein (VSV‐G) is limited by the associated cytotoxicity of the envelope and by the production methods used, such as transient transfection of adherent cell lines.
