Generation and detection of Terahertz radiation from low temperature gallium arsenide photoconductive antennas using autocorrelation technique

Abstract: The autocorrelation technique was used for detection of Terahertz radiation from low temperature Gallium Arsenide photo conducting antennas. Dependence of THz power on dc bias voltage and input laser power was carried out.
