Generalization of the 6-Temperature model for simulation of super-atmospheric pulsed CO2 lasers output

Abstract: The output characteristics of a home-made 1–3 atm pulsed CO2 laser are simulated by using Six-Temperature Vibrational-Rotational Dynamic Model (6TVRM). The discharge volume was modeled by a non-linear distributed lumped electric circuit and the electron density was calculated by Transmission Line Method.
