Abstract:This study aimed to evaluate the effects of general control non-derepressible 2 (GCN2) on osteoarthritis (OA) in vivo and in vitro. First, anterior cruciate ligament transection (ACLT)-induced rat model and interleukin (IL)-1β-induced ATDC5 chondrocyte were established.
