Abstract:Tetralogy of Fallot is a rare congenital cardiac disease affecting a very small percentage of cats. The prognosis is usually poor, with right to left shunting of blood causing deoxygenated blood to enter the circulation, resulting in cyanosis, lethargy and exercise intolerance.
