Generación de un modelo de información del patrimonio inmueble en el momento de su protección jurídica

Abstract

<p>La eficacia de los modelos de información de edificios (BIM) para la gestión de la información arquitectónica sugiere el desarrollo del Modelado de Información Patrimonial (HIM) como aplicación específica. Tomando como punto de partida los requerimientos documentales para la protección jurídica de un monumento, se construye un HIM de la Iglesia de San Pedro de Arcos de la Frontera (Cádiz, España). El HIM proporciona no sólo las salidas de información requeridas para el expediente administrativo, sino que revela las obsolescencias del mismo y se muestra como una eficaz herramienta para la gestión integral de la tutela patrimonial.</p>
