Gene Therapy in Parkinsonʼs Disease

Abstract: Neurodegenerative diseases pose a unique treatment challenge to clinicians due to the slow progression of disease, the profound neuron loss prior to clinical symptoms and the paucity of early diagnostic biomarkers and restorative therapies.
