Gender-based violence, psychological distress, sexual behaviours and binge drinking among female entertainment workers in Cambodia: a cross-sectional study

Abstract: ObjectiveTo examine the relationship between gender-based violence, HIV risks, psychological distress and binge drinking among female entertainment workers (FEWs) in Cambodia.DesignCross-sectional study.SettingPhnom Penh and three other provinces in Cambodia.ParticipantsWe recruited 600 FEWs from entertainment venues using a stratified random sampling method.
