Gelatin-immobilized metal complexes: synthesis and applications

Abstract: Formation of p-, d-and f-metal complex gelatin-immobilized matrix systems using reactions of electrophilic, nucleophilic substitution and template synthesis, and employment of these materials in photographic processes, in spectroscopy and for absorption of metal ions, have been summarized and discussed. The review covers the period 1990-2005.
