gcaPDA: A Haplotype-resolved Diploid Assembler

Abstract: Generating chromosome-scale haplotype resolved assembly is important for functional studies. However, current de novo assemblers are either haploid assemblers that discard allelic information, or diploid assemblers that can only tackle genomes of low complexity.
