Gateway to deLiver: How malaria sporozoites cross the sinusoidal barrier

Abstract: After their inoculation by mosquitos and entry into the bloodstream, malaria sporozoites must cross the liver sinusoidal barrier to gain access to hepatocytes, where they can multiply as erythrocyte-infecting forms.
