Gate-voltage control of alternating-current-driven skyrmion propagation in the ferromagnetic nanotrack devices

Abstract: Magnetic skyrmions, with topologically protected particle-like magnetization configurations, are promising information carriers for future spintronics devices with ultralow energy consumption.
