Gastronomi ve Mutfak Sanatları Öğrencilerinin Gurme Algısı: Bir Metafor Analizi (Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Students Gourmet Perception: A Metaphor Analysis)

Abstract: Son zamanlarda geleneksel medya ve sosyal medya araçlarının etkisiyle popüler hale gelen gurme kavramı, Fransızca'daki gourmet kelimesinden gelmekte ve Türk Dil Kurumu tarafından 'tatbilir' olarak ifade edilmektedir (TDK Sözlükleri, 2020).
