Gastric synovial sarcoma: a case report and literature review

Abstract: A 54-year-old Caucasian man presented with dyspepsia for 5 months with mild loss of weight. Endoscopic examination showed a 2-cm gastric ulcer with raised edges on the lesser curvature of the stomach.
