Abstract: Background: Glomus tumors (GTs) are mesenchymal neoplasms that are typically benign. Gastric GTs are uncommon and occur mostly in the upper gastrointestinal tract. Malignant gastric GTs are exceedingly rare, constituting fewer than 1% of gastric tumors.
