Gastric Gist as Cause of High Digestive Hemorrhage

Abstract: Introduction: Gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) occurrence is uncommon and usually manifested by nonspecific signs and symptoms, which hinders its reasoning as a diagnostic hypothesis.
