Gastric cancer with severe immune thrombocytopenia: A case report

Abstract: BACKGROUNDPrimary immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) is a rare autoimmune disease associated with a high bleeding risk. For those patients with gastric cancer, surgical treatment may be the only option for therapy.
