Gasless laparoscopically assisted myomectomy using a wound retraction system

Abstract: Gasless LAM with a wound retractor is feasible and allows surgeons to perform myomectomy safely and cost-effectively, without requiring advanced laparoscopic surgical skills and while maintaining minimum invasiveness.
