Abstract:A numerical model of hydraulic fracture propagation is introduced for a representative reservoir (Yuanba continental tight sandstone gas reservoir in Northeast Sichuan). Different parameters are considered, i.e., the interlayer stress difference, the fracturing discharge rate and the fracturing fluid viscosity.
