“…The metal oxide working kinetics for efficient gas‐sensing involves surface‐adsorbed oxygen ions. The efficiency of graphene oxide materials depends on charge transfer between the surface of the sensing materials and gas molecules 22 . The gas molecules involve the charge donor or acceptor mechanisms reliant on the electron attraction and physiochemical properties of the sensing materials 31 .…”

“…The output rate of DMMP gas was estimated using the bubbler and Antoine Equation (section S3, SI), where the composite samples were firmly perceived by the parts per million (ppm). The response time, recovery time, and sensitivity of the prepared composites at room temperature were examined 22 …”

“…[165][166][167] By creating pores in the graphene or GO material, the sensing performance can be efficiently enhanced. 168,169 There are also other unique applications of HG. For example, a high-efficiency thermocell device was designed by Li et al that was capable of working at temperatures as low as À40 C. 170 HG was also demonstrated as an efficient planar eld emitter.…”

“…3,4 Several types of materials have been reported for DMMP detection, including carbon nanomaterials, polymers, metal oxides, and their complexes. [6][7][8][9][10][11][12] However, there are always some issues that have not been completely solved such as low response, high operation temperature, and long recovery time. 13,14 Metal phthalocyanine (MPc) is a kind of organic semiconductor material with excellent performance due to its unique macrocyclic conjugated structure, so it can be used as sensitive material to prepare organic gas sensors.…”
