Gamma-irradiation effect on the chemical composition and antibacterial activity of the Moroccan Tanacetum Annuum L. Essential Oil

Abstract: The study aims to evaluate the Moroccan Tanacetum annuum L. essential oil by studying the effect of gamma irradiation on both the chemical composition and antibacterial activity, this is done by exposing the oil extracted from the dry aerial parts of the plant by hydrodistillation to irradiation dose of 5kGy and 10kGy.
