Gambaran Pengelolaan Linen Unit Laundry di Rumah Sakit Umum X Tahun 2022

Abstract

Pengelolaan linen yang buruk dapat menyebabkan penularan penyakit. Hasil pengamatan bahwa, penggunaan APD masih kurang lengkap dan pengelolaan linen belum sesuai PMK No. 7/2019. Tujuan penelitian diketahui gambaran pengelolaan linen unit laundry di RSU X Tahun 2022. Penelitian bersifat kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sarana tidak terdapat ruang kebersihan, eye dan body washer, ruang transit petugas, flat ironer, 10 orang petugas unit laundry selalu menggunakan APD masker, seluruh petugas sering menggunakan handscoon serta apron, sepatu boot dan penutup kepala hanya sebagian yang menggunakan, didapatkan linen kotor infeksius dengan plastik hitam, dilakukan penyikatan linen kotor infeksius, menggunakan setrika listrik, stok linen 3 bagian, terdapat POS ruangan mengambil linen bersih dan tidak dibungkus plastik, troli kotor tidak dicuci setelah dipakai. Temuan selain PMK No. 7/2019, teguran lisan dan penulisan kelalaian belum optimal, APD perawat mengganti linen kurang lengkap, tidak ada pelatihan dan kurangnya petugas, beberapa linen tidak terlipat rapi serta penggunaan APD perlu diperbaiki. Sarana belum sesuai. Peralatan, Penggunaan APD dan Tahap (Penerimaan, Pencucian, Penyetrikaan) belum sesuai. Penyimpanan, Distribusi dan Pengangkutan ada yang sesuai dan belum sesuai PMK No. 7/2019. Teguran lisan dan penulisan kelalaian belum optimal, APD perawat masih kurang lengkap, pelatihan dan SDM masih kurang, beberapa linen tidak terlipat rapi dan penggunaan APD perlu diperbaiki. Perlu dilakukan pengawasan lebih ketat terutama proses pencucian agar petugas tidak terkena virus atau bakteri serta penambahan sarana, SDM dan pemberian pelatihan kepada petugas unit laundry.---Poor management of linen can lead to disease transmission. Facilities there is no hygiene room, eye and body washer, transit room officers, flat ironer, 10 laundry unit officers always use PPE masks, all officers often use handscoons and aprons, boots and headgear only partially use, infectious dirty linen with black plastic is obtained, infectious dirty linen is brushed, using an electric iron, linen stock 3 parts, there is a room post taking clean linen and not wrapped in plastic, dirty trolleys are not washed after use. Findings other than PMK No. 7/2019, oral and written reprimands negligence have not been optimal, PPE nurses change linen incomplete, there is no training and lack of officers, some linen is not folded neatly, and the use of PPE needs to be corrected. The means are not yet suitable. The equipment, the use of PPE and the stages (reception, washing, ironing) are not yet suitable. Storage, distribution, and transportation are appropriate and not in accordance with PMK No. 7/2019. Verbal reprimands and writing negligence is not optimal, PPE nurses are still incomplete, training, and human resources are still lacking, some linen is not folded neatly, and the use of PPE needs to be corrected. It is necessary to supervise more closely, especially the washing process so that officers are not exposed to viruses or bacteria as well as the addition of facilities, human resources, and training to laundry unit officers.
