Introduction: During pregnancy, the mother will experience various physical and psychological changes. Fulfillment of psychological needs is obtained from health information and education, supported by interesting information media. The MCH handbook is very important for mothers to own and understand in order to make it easier to monitor the health of mothers and children. Objective: This study aims to describe pregnant women who use the MCH Handbook as an Information Media in the Sumberjaya Poskesdes Working Area in 2022. Method: This research is a quantitative research with a quantitative descriptive research design. The sample in this study were all pregnant women who came to the Poskesdes to do an examination and have a MCH handbook. Retrieval of data using a total sample technique, namely 40 respondents. Retrieval of data using primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The research was conducted from November-December 2022. Result: The majority of pregnant women aged 20-35 years (85%) had used the MCH Handbook as much as 52.9% as a medium of information. The majority of respondents had low education (70%) with 57.2% had not used the MCH handbook as an information medium. Most of the respondents belong to the second trimester category (55%) and 54.5% have used the MCH Handbook as a medium of information. The majority of respondents are housewives who do not work (65.5%) and the majority have used the MCH handbook as a medium of information as much as 51.6%. The majority of pregnant women did not use the MCH Handbook as Information Media as much as 52% with the majority having sufficient knowledge. Conclusion: Most of the respondents have used the MCH Handbook as an Information Media apart from being a notebook for monitoring Maternal and Child Health.

Pregnancy is an event that changes the physical and psychological state of a woman due to the growth and development of the reproductive organs and fetus. Psychological changes that often occur mothers often feel anxious about the fetus, one of which is the fear of miscarriage if the mother performs sexual activity during pregnancy. Lack of exposure to information and knowledge makes mothers have a negative perception and makes mothers reluctant to do this. The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge about sexual activity with anxiety in pregnant women in the Puskesmas Labour Region Lerep. This research is a quantitative research with cross sectional design. The population of this research was all pregnant women in the Puskesmas Labour Region Lerep, a population of 226 pregnant mothers and the sample in this study was determined by purposive sampling with respondents who met the criteria totaling 85 pregnant respondents who live in Ungaran City. This research instrument uses a knowledge level questionnaire about sexual activity and an anxiety questionnaire about sexual activity in pregnant mothers. The results showed mothers with lack of knowledge and experiencing severe anxiety as many as 28 respondents (65.1%). The data analysis of this research used the Spearman Rank test so that the p-value was obtained (0.033). The conclusion of this research is that there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge about sexual activity and anxiety in pregnant women. It is expected that health workers are able to provide information such as health promotion to pregnant mothers regarding the level of knowledge with anxiety in pregnant mothers, so that the knowledge of pregnant women increases and the anxiety experienced will decrease. Abstrak Kehamilan adalah peristiwa yang mengubah fisik dan psikologis seorang wanita karena pertumbuhan dan perkembangan alat reproduksi dan janin. Perubahan psikologis yang sering terjadi ibu sering merasa cemas terhadap janinnya salah satunya adalah takut mengalami keguguran jika ibu melakukan aktivitas seksual selama kehamilan. Kurangnya terpapar informasi dan pengetahuan membuat ibu memiliki persepsi negatif dan membuat para ibu enggan melakukan hal tersebut. Tujan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan tentang aktivitas seksual dengan kecemasan pada ibu hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Lerep. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh ibu hamil yang ada di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Lerep yaitu sebanyak 226 ibu hamil dan sampel pada penelitian ini ditentukan dengan purposive sampling dengan responden yang memenuhi kriteria berjumlah 85 responden ibu hamil yang berdomisili di Kota Ungaran. Instrument penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner Pengetahuan tentang aktivitas seksual yang dilakukan selama kehamilan dan kuesioner kecemasan yaitu anxiety in the mother’s primigravida in sexual behaviour. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ibu dengan pengetahuan kurang dan mengalami kecemasan berat sebanyak sejumlah 28 responden (65,1%). Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan uji Rank Spearman sehingga didapatkan nilai p-value (0,033). Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini ada hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan tentang aktivitas seksual dengan kecemasan pada ibu hamil. Pihak petugas kesehatan diharapkan mampu memberikan informasi seperti promosi kesehatan kepada ibu hamil mengenai tingkat pengetahuan dengan kecemasan pada ibu hamil, sehingga pengetahuan ibu hamil meningkat serta kecemasan yang dialami akan menurun. Utilization mother and child health book on knowledge pregnant women

The low knowledge of pregnancy care is influenced by the lack of information so that it has an impact on the utilization of MCH book. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of the use of the MCH book on knowledge about pregnancy care for pregnant women. This study used a correlational analytic with a cross sectional. The population in this study were 40 respondents with a total sample of 36 respondents using the simple random sampling technique. Data collection by using a questionnaire, statistical test Spearman Rank. The results showed that 36 respondents, almost half of the respondents used MCH book in the high category, namely 15 respondents (41.7%), most of the respondents had knowledge of good pregnancy care, as many as 26 respondents (81.2%) . The results of data analysis using the Spearman Rank obtained a P value of < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), which means that the use of MCH book is effective on knowledge about pregnancy care in pregnant women. The utilization of the MCH book as a source of information and medical records as well as an important communication tool and information medium for health workers, pregnant women and families.
