Gambaran Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Jalan Rsud X Berdasarkan Metode Servqual

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kepuasan pasien berdasarkan dimensi SERVQUAL pada pasien rawat jalan RSUD X. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasinya adalah pasien di instalasi rawat jalan RSUD X bulan Juli 2019.
