Dear Editor, Topical vitamin D 3 analogues and corticosteroids are the standard of care for mild-to-moderate psoriasis vulgaris, with >80% of patients managing their condition with topical medications alone. 1,2 Fixeddose formulations of calcipotriol (CAL) plus betamethasone dipropionate (BD) are first-line options for mild-to-moderate psoriasis.
