Galea Fixation in Alopecia Reduction Surgery

Abstract: Effective, safe alopecia reduction surgery is possible when incision patterns do not transect either neurovascular structures or collagen and undermining is judicious. Deep plan fixation is regarded as critical to an optimal result.
