Abstract: Treatment of psychosis in Parkinson’s disease (PD) is challenging; pharmacological options are limited, with clozapine considered most effective. The risk of agranulocytosis restricts the use of clozapine, but, where this occurs, cautious re-challenge with granulocyte stimulating factor can be successful.
