Fuzzy expert system for personal computer communication

Abstract

Up to the present, expert systems have been developed in various fields. But these systems are not much considered about ambiguousness of knowledge. As a method to treat ambiguousness, there are certainty factor theory(MYC1N). Dempster-Shafer theory and so on.Nowadays. i t is said that expression of anbiguous knowledge and approximate reasoning by fuzzy theory are effective. The fuzzy theory has been used in various fields, and provided good results especially in automatic control field.In this report, we try to apply fuzzy theory for building the fuzzy expert system for ,personal computer communication.
