A Pythagorean fuzzy set (PFS) is one of the extensions of the intuitionistic fuzzy set which accommodate more uncertainties to depict the fuzzy information and hence its applications are more extensive. In the modern decision-making process, aggregation operators are regarded as a useful tool for assessing the given alternatives and whose target is to integrate all the given individual evaluation values into a collective one. Motivated by these primary characteristics, the aim of the present work is to explore a group of interactive hybrid weighted aggregation operators for assembling Pythagorean fuzzy sets to deal with the decision information. The proposed aggregation operators include interactive the hybrid weighted average, interactive hybrid weighted geometric and its generalized versions. The major advantages of the proposed operators to address the decision-making problems are (i) to consider the interaction among membership and non-membership grades of the Pythagorean fuzzy numbers, (ii) it has the property of idempotency and simple computation process, and (iii) it possess an adjust parameter value and can reflect the preference of decision-makers during the decision process. Furthermore, we introduce an innovative multiple attribute decision making (MADM) process under the PFS environment based on suggested operators and illustrate with numerous numerical cases to verify it. The comparative analysis as well as advantages of the proposed framework confirms the supremacies of the method.Mathematics 2019, 7, 1150 2 of 25 that 0.4 + 0.8 > 1, so IFS cannot solve this issue, but since 0.4 2 + 0.8 2 < 1, then the PFS can easily deal with it. Therefore, in some cases, the PFS can settle a large number of problems, while the IFS cannot. Since PFS appeared, it has become a useful technique for modeling vagueness and indeterminacy of the MADM issues or multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) issues [5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12]. Some evaluation methods in the light of PFS are given to solve Pythagorean fuzzy MADM problems. For instance, Rani et al. [13] extended traditional TOPSIS (technique for an order of preference by similarity to ideal solution) approach to Pythagorean fuzzy numbers (PFNs) and studied the selection of a sustainable recycling partner. Considering DM's psychological characteristics, in the light of the prospect and regret theories, Peng and Dai [14] explored a stochastic decision approach under Pythagorean fuzzy setting. Ren et al. [15] extended traditional TODIM (an acronym in Portuguese of interactive and multiple attribute decision making) approach to PFNs. Chen [16] introduced a Pythagorean fuzzy VIKOR (vlseKriterijumska optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje in Serbian) approach for MADM. Is the World becoming a better or a worse place to live? In this paper, we propose a tool that can help to answer the question by combining a number of global indicators belonging to multiple categories. The proliferation of statistical data about various aspects of the World performance may suggest that it should be "easy" to evaluate the overall success of human enterprise on this planet. Moreover, it also points out the intrinsic importance in the selection of indicators. However, people have different values, biases, and preferences about the importance of various indicators, making it almost impossible to find an objective answer to this question. To address the variety and the heterogeneity of available indicators and world views, we present the analysis of global World performance as a multi-criteria decision problem, making sure that the assessment method remains as transparent as possible. By dynamically selecting a set of indicators of interest, defining the weights that we attach to various indicators and specifying the desired trends associated with each indicator, we make the assessment adaptive to individual values. We also try to deal with the inherent bias that may exist in the set of indicators that are chosen. As a study case, from various data sets that are openly available online, we have selected several that are most relevant and easy to interpret in the context of the question in the title of the paper. We demonstrate how the choice of personal preferences, or weights, can strongly change the result. Our method also provides analysis of the weights space, showing how results for particular value sets compare to the average and extreme (optimistic and pessimistic) combinations of weights that may be chosen by users.

The Hamming distance is a well‐known measure that is designed to provide insights into the similarity between two strings of information. In this study, we use the Hamming distance, the optimal deviation model, and the generalized ordered weighted logarithmic averaging (GOWLA) operator to develop the ordered weighted logarithmic averaging distance (OWLAD) operator and the generalized ordered weighted logarithmic averaging distance (GOWLAD) operator. The main advantage of these operators is the possibility of modeling a wider range of complex representations of problems under the assumption of an ideal possibility. We study the main properties, alternative formulations, and families of the proposed operators. We analyze multiple classical measures to characterize the weighting vector and propose alternatives to deal with the logarithmic properties of the operators. Furthermore, we present generalizations of the operators, which are obtained by studying their weighting vectors and the lambda parameter. Finally, an illustrative example regarding innovation project management measurement is proposed, in which a multi‐expert analysis and several of the newly introduced operators are utilized.
