Abstract: Fuzzy cognitive networks (FCNs) arose from traditional fuzzy cognitive maps (FCMs) to have the advantage of guaranteed convergence to equilibrium points, thus being more suitable than conventional FCMs for a variety of pattern recognition and system identification tasks.
