Fuzzy Assessment of Management Consulting Projects: Model Validation and Case Studies

Abstract: Management consulting (MC) has been heavily involved in emerging business opportunities in mainland China. However, there are no well-known local MC project management models to help evaluate whether an MC project can be successful or not.
