Abstract:Este artigo avalia a gestão infantojuvenil no Distrito Federal por duas instâncias – a Polícia, a quem cabia zelar pela ordem social, e os juízes da Câmara de Apelação, cuja atribuição consistia em analisar as solicitações de habeas corpus, impetradas pelos menores internos da Colônia Correcional dos Dois Rios (CCDR) – entre 1910 e 1920.
