FusionNet: A Deep Fully Residual Convolutional Neural Network for Image Segmentation in Connectomics

Abstract: Cellular-resolution connectomics is an ambitious research direction with the goal of generating comprehensive brain connectivity maps using high-throughput, nano-scale electron microscopy.
