Abstract:Two synthetic estrogens, STS 456 and STS 593, with noteworthy post-coital antifertility properties in the rat were studied for their estrogenic, antiestrogenic, progestagenic, antiprogestagenic, antigonadotrophic, androgenic and antiandrogenic effects in laboratory animals.
