Further Examination of Various Administration Protocols of Pegylated Recombinant Human Megakaryocyte Growth and Development Factor on Thrombocytopenia in Myelosuppressed Mice

Abstract: Thrombopoietin (TPO) is the recently isolated lineage-dominant hematopoietic factor that plays a pivotal role in the regulation of megakaryocytopoiesis and thrombopoiesis.
