Further additions to MolScript version 1.4, including reading and contouring of electron-density maps

Abstract: MolScript is one of the most popular programs for the generation of publication-quality figures and the recent re-working of the program should ensure its continued popularity. However, some functionality of particular interest to crystallographers is not part of the standard program.
