Howells, Rosenbaum, 2008;Hrnjica, 2008;Jugović, 2014;Macanović, 2021;Macanović, Grbić-Pavlović, Kuprešanin, 2016;Nedimović, Biro, 2011). U takvim istraživanjima utvrđeno je da su faktori na nivou porodice koji neposredno doprinose učvršćivanju agresije i pojavi devijantnog ponašanja djece: nerazumijevanje i česte svađe roditelja, nasilјe u porodici, nedostatak komunikacije u porodici, kruta disciplina, nepotpunost porodice, loš socioekonomski status, izolovanost porodice od okruženja, nedostatak roditelјskog nadzora, nedostatak socijalne podrške od strane roditelјa, pozitivan stav roditelјa prema nasilјu i sl.…”

Difficulties in realization of institutional educational treatment of adult invalid people in penal institution

“…For these persons it is necessary to undertake special health, educational and stimulation measures for their successful integration into the overall treat-ment and achieving the main goal of execution of criminal sanctions. (25) In modern penological practices, many approaches to institutional re-educational treatment of prisoners are applied, which are represented differently depending on the development of the prison systems. In correctional institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina (26) the following approaches are usually being applied, which are the components of the institutional re-educational treatment: moral and pedagogical education, work therapy, leisure time, reward and punishment.…”

“…Most often such persons, immediately upon arrival to prison, that is coming to the admissions office, are accommodated directly in the infirmary, where they mostly remain until the end of the serving of the sentence. (25) Special re-educational treatment is implemented towards people with disabilities. In practice, due to the fact that these people are in the infirmary, usually the contacts of the educator with such persons are reduced to occasional tours and talks on health issues, and addressing some demands or requests of prisoners in the direction of reduced penalties through the instruments of parole or pardon.…”
