Fungal community analysis in seawater of the Mariana Trench as estimated by Illumina HiSeq

Abstract: Using Illumine Hiseq sequencing assessed the diversity and distribution of fungal communities in seawater of the Mariana Trench, with depth ranging 1000–4000 meters.
