Fundamental absorption and reflectivity spectra of p‐type GaSb

Abstract

The results presented in this paper a r e associated with investigations of the optical properties of p-type gallium antimonide. All measurements were performed -3 on monocrystalline samples with hole concentrations of the order of 10' cm .This concentration was determined by means of Hall effect measurements and thus it is not equal to the impurity concentration because of possible compensation. The surfaces of the samples were prepared by mechanical polishing.
